We are currently seeking a Accelerator Product Manager to manage the development and organization of our accelerators.
Position Overview:
The Accelerator Product Manager will be responsible for creating and managing the repository for TechTorch’s accelerators, ensuring seamless collaboration with Commercial Excellence and Data/AI teams. The role will involve project managing the creation of these accelerators in a sprint-based environment, enhancing their documentation, and working closely with Sales and Marketing to represent these tools effectively on the website and in sales materials.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT or tech, combined with project management expertise and a strong understanding of Salesforce and data tools.
Key responsibilities include:
Repository Creation:
Develop and maintain a repository for TechTorch accelerators using a combination of GitHub, TechTorch app, and potentially Confluence to store and organize accelerator assets.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with the Commercial Excellence and Data/AI teams to collect and aggregate all necessary information for the accelerators, ensuring that data is well-structured and accessible.
Project Management:
Manage the end-to-end creation process for the accelerators, utilizing Agile methodologies to organize and run sprint-based project management efforts.
Documentation Improvement:
Enhance and maintain the documentation for accelerators, ensuring it is comprehensive, clear, and supports effective use of the tools.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the accelerators are well represented on the company website and in marketing materials, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT or technology-related roles.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and data tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects and documentation processes.
