Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user experience. You’ll work closely with teams to configure Salesforce, manage user roles, and ensure data accuracy, while supporting the broader goals of our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

User Management:

  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring data security and efficient access.

Configuration:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and reports.

Data Quality:

  • Maintain and monitor data integrity, performing regular data cleanups and managing duplicates.

Support:

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users across departments.

Process Automation:

  • Set up and manage process automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder) to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Reports & Dashboards:

  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Training & Documentation:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and develop guides to enhance user understanding and adoption.

System Updates:

  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve our platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Salesforce Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process automation, and role management.

Data Management:

  • Strong skills in data hygiene, including managing duplicates and importing/exporting data.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that support key business metrics.

Communication:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solid troubleshooting skills, able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with additional tools such as DocuSign, Conga, or other Salesforce AppExchange products is a plus.
