Position Overview:
The Strategy & Management Consulting Manager will be responsible for identifying business and technology gaps for clients, co-creating solutions with C-level executives, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage multiple work streams and projects while fostering client relationships.
Key Competencies:
- E2E Strategy Consulting Experience:
Define business and technology gaps for clients, co-create solutions and initiatives with C-level clients, develop project plans, implementation timelines, and manage project budgets. - Core Functional Areas:
Focus on Commercial Excellence (CRM, QTC, Finance) and Data & Automation (operational metrics, data pipelines, data warehouse, BI layer). - Change Leadership:
Serve as a proactive change driver, partnering with clients to lead transformations and solve common business challenges through innovative solutions. - Adaptability in Uncertain Environments:
Demonstrate the ability to thrive and make decisions in dynamic, uncertain environments, showing flexibility and resilience in the face of shifting priorities or unclear information. - Leadership and Team Management Skills:
Communicate project updates, design decisions, risks, and issues to C-level clients and board members on a weekly basis. - Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Collaborate with TechTorch team members and client teams daily to drive project delivery and solutions. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Own accountability for key clients and accounts at TechTorch, creating and maintaining strong client relationships. - Project Management Skills:
Manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously, utilizing tools like MS Project and JIRA to manage sprint plans, deliverables, and milestones. Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is essential. - Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel Skills.

- Experience Working Across Many Time Zones and Skill Sets:
Collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Experience:
- Estimated 8 years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects on time and within budget.
- Bonus: Experience in DWH, ERP, or CRM implementations.
- Experience with consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, or BCG.
Salary:
Salary offered depends on qualifications, location, and years of experience. This will be discussed upfront during preliminary interviews.
Role Type:
We are seeking a full-time employee (FTE), but are also open to contractor arrangements. Salary will vary depending on the type of role that works best.
