Position Overview: The Enterprise Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex enterprise projects and programs. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Enterprise Delivery Manager will drive strategic initiatives, enhance project management practices, and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project and Program Management:
    1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise projects and programs.
    1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and vendors.
    1. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
    1. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates on project progress.
  3. Team Leadership:
    1. Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
    1. Mentor and guide project managers, coordinators, and team members.
    1. Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
  4. Risk Management:
    1. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
    1. Develop contingency plans and implement risk management strategies.
    1. Monitor project health and proactively address potential challenges to ensure project success.
  5. Process Improvement:
    1. Evaluate and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
    1. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery.
    1. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
  6. Strategic Alignment:
    1. Align project objectives with the organization’s strategic goals and priorities.
    1. Support the development and execution of the organization’s strategic initiatives.
    1. Contribute to the formulation of business strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
    • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
